How to Make Bill Payments, Easily!!!
Step 1: Sign Up for a Hubstack Account
1. Open the Hubstack Web App or Download our Mobile App.
2. On the login page, click Sign Up.
3. Choose your Account Type:
• Individual Account: For personal use.
• Agent Account: This is for users who wish to act as agents and help others make bill payments.
4. Fill in the required registration details (name, email, phone number, etc.).
5. Tap or click Create Account.
6. Check your email for a verification code and follow the instructions to verify your account.
Step 2: Create Your Wallet (KYC Required)
To start making bill payments, you must first create a Hubstack wallet. The wallet creation process requires a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification step to ensure secure transactions.
1. From the Dashboard, go to the Wallet section.
2. Click Create Wallet.
3. Complete the KYC process by submitting necessary identification documents (e.g., government-issued ID, utility bill).
4. Once verified, your Hubstack wallet will be activated.
Step 3: Fund Your Wallet
After your wallet is created and verified, you need to fund it to start making payments.
1. From the Dashboard, select Wallet.
2. Click Fund.
3. Choose a payment method to fund your wallet:
• Bank Transfer: Transfer directly from your bank.
• Credit/Debit Card: Use your card to load money into your wallet.
4. Enter the amount you wish to add to your wallet and complete the transaction.
5. Once the funds are successfully added, your updated wallet balance will be displayed.
Step 4: Choose a Service Category
Hubstack allows you to pay various bills, including:
• Utility Bills
• Cable TV Subscriptions (e.g., DSTV, GOTV)
• Internet Services
• Airtime & Data
Step 5: Enter Bill Details
1. Input Your Account Number or Customer ID for the selected service provider.
• For electricity, this would be your meter number.
• For cable TV, this would be your subscriber ID.
2. Verify the Customer Information displayed to ensure it matches your records.
Step 6: Enter Payment Amount and Confirm Payment
1. Enter the Amount you wish to pay from your wallet balance.
2. Review the details, including the service provider and amount.
3. Tap or click Confirm Payment.
Step 7: Payment Confirmation
1. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation message.
2. A payment receipt will also be sent to your registered email.
3. You can view all your transactions in the Payment History section of the app.
